Key Responsibilities:
* Manage B2B sales of marine spare parts and equipment
* Build and expand client relationships in the maritime sector
* Prepare and send offers, conduct negotiations, follow up on deals
* Work with CRM systems and coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, technical)
* Participate in maritime trade shows and industry events as needed

Requirements:
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in marine/technical fields)
* Good understanding of the maritime industry is a strong plus
* English fluency required; Estonian and/or Russian is a bonus
* Independent, well-organized, and results-oriented
* Based in Estonia (preferably Tallinn), able to work from office or hybrid
* Proficiency in CRM and digital tools
